IMATE has officially released windows 5 ROM for device worldwide and windows 6 ROM only for telstra users in Australia(which is not provided in website).I will be soon be uploading the same .However as of now i have cooked up a windows 6.5 ROM for Jasjam(Thanks to help from XDA).The same will be posted in my next post.

Helpful Tips and Tricks for the Imate JASJAM

1.) Slow and freezing issues.( FOR HANGING ISSUE ).
Close the current application/program
You can close the application by using the keyboard and clicking on ctrl and the Q button

Close all running programs
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Memory > Running Programs tab > In the Running Programs list, select the program you want to close, and tap Stop. Or Stop All will close them all.

Soft Reset
Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on The bottom of your device. Your device restarts and displays the Today screen.
Hard Reset :: Go to Start > Settings > System > Clear storage. Follow prompts G through until phone is reset. You will then be prompted to Press QWERTY key R to reset or X to reboot. After confirming you have backed up your data then press R to reset.

IF Screen is not working: Press and hold Both soft keys (located under the I-Mate ™ and JASJAM logos, whilst holding both in press the soft reset hole with the Stylus. Follow on screen prompts until reset.
Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed-up before a hard reset is performed.
You will then be prompted to Press QWERTY key R to reset or X to reboot. After confirming you have backed up your data then press R to reset.

The above steps can help but if still problem remains it means you need to reload the operating system .The choice is yours, you can go with official ROM or with cooked ROM .
The cooked ROM will void your warranty though but if you want new features of windows 6 ,6.1 or 6.5,go in for these ROM.I am using windows 6.5 in my jasjam and it is pretty stable. You face any issues with these ROM i will help you out, just mail me at sashaelectronics@hotmail.com

Thanks and Regards,
