We want to introduce ourselves as Engineers in the field of Telecom industry. We have been associated with this industry especially windows mobile and in particular I-mate devices from a long time. We have done extensive research with regards to the I-mate devices whether it be initial launches since 2001 (pocket-pc, smartphones, JASJAM, JASJAR, KJAM etc.) till the latest once (like Ultimate Series, 810F-HUMMER, Jama101, 201 etc.). We have been observing the support provided by imate through all the mediums they chose. The experiences shared by the users on the forums were mixed.

So, We gathered those mixed responses and came to the conclusion that we provide the support to the users of I-mate with all the application of imate as well as other applications required for carrying out the work on devices.

This blog will contain detailed description on the trouble shooting the problems occurred in the devices like WiFi, internet settings, active sync, Blue tooth etc as well as any upgrades required by the users like ROM upgrade, windows update etc.

This blog will only deal with the software related concerns and will not be liable for any hardware faults.
